By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
General
All products sold through this website are custom photographic prints and products. Because items are made to order, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.
Ordering & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been received. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where required by law. Tax rates are determined based on the shipping address provided and applicable local regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their billing and shipping information.
Production & Processing Time
All prints are produced after an order is placed. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary due to product type and during busy seasons or holidays.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country’s customs authority.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly. In the event a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and/or print lab to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement at our discretion.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of photographic prints, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Color & Image Accuracy
We strive to accurately represent all images and colors; however, color may vary due to differences in monitor calibration, print materials, and lighting conditions. Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
Print Production Disclaimer
All prints and products are produced and fulfilled by a professional third-party print lab. While we carefully select high-quality labs, slight variations in color, cropping, or materials may occur due to the printing process. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Molly Ehle Photo and Molly Ehle. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. Prints are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or altered without written permission.
Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
